Together with Charlotte De Vooght of Swing Fit, physiotherapist and specialist in the physical coaching of golfers, we create a retreat where everything comes together. Where you don’t only deepen your technique, but also learn to listen to your body in a way that is both holistic and science-based.

For 6 days, you stay in a luxury villa at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club in Spain, surrounded by peace, nature, and sunshine. Your days follow a natural rhythm of playing, moving, and slowing down, with 9 & 18 holes of golf, alongside workshops on mobility, biomechanics, breathing, yoga and recovery.

This retreat is for golfers who feel it can be different. Softer. More conscious. More sustainable.

We start on Sunday afternoon at 3 PM with a warm welcome and close the retreat on Friday around 1 PM, after a final celebratory brunch.

Charlotte

Charlotte De Vooght - Physiotherapist, personal trainer, and founder of Swing Fit. Passionate about golf since the age of 12, she is now specialized in the physical coaching of golfers and rotational athletes. She helps you better understand your body and improve your performance in a sustainable way.

Kjenta Robert - Holistic coach and founder of Kjerõ. She guides you back into your body through yoga, breathwork, and awareness. As host and chef, she creates a warm, nurturing experience where you are invited to fully land and arrive.

We recommend renting a car at the airport, as it is very affordable and can be shared with other participants. We are happy to help you arrange this.

FAQ

Yes, absolutely. Just let us know at the time of registration, and we will look together at a suitable payment plan.

We understand that life can be unpredictable.

If for any reason you need to cancel, you will receive a 90% refund if you cancel up to 4 months before departure. You will receive a 60% partial refund if you cancel up to 3 months before departure. From 3 months before departure onwards, no refunds are possible. 

If you find someone to take your place, your booking can of course be transferred at no extra cost.

Your participation is officially confirmed once the full payment has been received.

After completing the registration form, we will personally contact you with the payment details. As soon as your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email and your spot will be fully secured.

After registration, you will receive a practical checklist with everything that’s useful to bring (such as comfortable clothing, golfing gear, a water bottle, slippers, etc.).

Yes, absolutely. Please contact us directly here, and we will be happy to look at the available options together. 

Everyone is welcome, with or without experience. All sessions are guided and adapted to the group’s pace. You are always free to take what feels right for you from each practice.

During the retreat, you will enjoy fresh, mostly vegetarian meals, carefully and lovingly prepared. We consciously choose nourishing, light, and easily digestible food to support your overall experience.

Do you have any allergies or dietary requirements? Please let us know upon registration, we are happy to take this into account.

Absolutely! Whether you both want to play golf, or one of you prefers to relax at the villa while the other is on the course everything is possible. We create an experience that adapts to your needs, so you can enjoy the retreat together, each in your own way.

We welcome golfers from the age of 21 up to a vibrant 70+, as long as you are comfortably mobile for nature walks and gentle yoga at your own pace. No experience is needed everything is accessible and designed around slowing down, connecting, and most of all: enjoying.
